God will not judge us based on the things we did or things we didn’t do.

I discovered a lot of people are being careful about the things they do and don’t do. Many ministers have stopped being true because they want to be like other ministers- to be known and have a large crowd in their church. But note that a large crowd is not a prove or yardstick to show that God is with a man. A minister might have crowd yet not have God with him; wealth or prosperity is not a prove that God is with a man, neither is ministerial achievement a proof that God is with a man.

We have wealthy men today who are not born again and have yet acquired massive wealth. Does that mean that God is with them???As ministers and believers we need to be careful. God will reward us based on the fact that we are doing what he wants us to do.

His mother said to the servants, “Do whatever he tells you” John 2:5

The reward is in doing what he wants you to do not what your members want you to do , or the man of God you are imitating wants you to do or what you desire to do. It’s all about what he wants you to do. Grace is always released when you are doing what he wants you to do, you find help when you are doing what he wants you to do. Learn not to manipulate people or put threats on them because you want to achieve your aims.

From where do conflicts and fights among you come? Do they not come from your desires that are at war in your members? You desire and do not have; you kill, and desire to have, and cannot obtain what you want; you fight and struggle, yet you do not have, because you do not ask God.You ask, and do not receive, because you ask wrongly, that you may use it up on your desires.

James 4:1-3 “Finally see the bases of Jesus recommending the believers when he comes. Therefore do not judge anything before the time, until the Lord comes. He will both bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make known the purposes of the heart, then everyone will have praise from God.” 1 Corinthians 4:5
