Christianity has an unconditionally welcome above its doors for: the storm tossed, the broken in spirit, and the inadequate.
The invitation is to all, not some!
Matthew 11:28 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
This verse of scripture is very remarkable; it is the arm of God’s love thrown around those who have given up on themselves, or been given up by the world, and have not got what it takes.

Now we know that it is true when Jesus said: “If you would believe you would see the glory of God” John 11:40. This is the glory of God in display!

CHRIST CAN MAKE US – we who otherwise would never make it.
Matthew 4:19 “And He (Jesus) saith unto them, Follow me, and I will make you…”

In the Gospels, we see Jesus coming open faced and open armed. To Him, there were no nobodies, nor riffraff, no social rejects.
Luke 15:1 Then drew near unto him all the publicans and sinners forth to hear him.
It wasn’t the religious big shots that came to Jesus, neither was it the political maniacs; even when they had the chance to be around Jesus, they came to question his authority, integrity and legitimacy not to listen to His life-changing messages which was meant to save their souls.

15:2 And the Pharisees and scribes murmured, saying, this man (Jesus) receiveth sinners, and eateth with them.
Isn’t that amazing??! Believe you me, till date He still does.

With open arms, Jesus welcomes everyone without reservation or restriction. This was the Father’s intention playing out in plain sight through JESUS.

Don’t be afraid to come as you are. He can take the way you are and turn it into the way the Father wants you to be. Jesus is an expert in His craft.
OH, How I love JESUS! Don’t you?

John 6:37
ALL that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and he that cometh to me i will in no wise cast out.

That is the kind of Lord and Master we serve and follow. He came for lost sheep. There’s no reason enough for you to pay attention to your inadequacies and inefficiencies. The saviorhas come. It is well!

Isaiah 53:6 “All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way…”

Luke 19:10 For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost.
To women, who were treated as subspiecies in some eastern countries, even as they are now, Christ gave honor.
Jesus said, “I always do those things that please Him [the Father]” (John 8:29).

What had He seen the Father do?
He had seen Him stoop over the wretched tribes in Egypt. Those Israelites who were nobody, God picked up and made them great.
Jesus did the same.
He chose fishermen, not princes, to be his ambassadors.
The Gospels again and again show Him meeting the unwanted, and giving them a place.

Acts 10:38 How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.

It is crystal clear now that Jesus’ outreach to the discarded is a moving part of the Gospel story.

JESUS is with the ‘LOST’ and the ‘LAST’.

The LOST he finds
“Afterward Jesus findeth him in the temple…”
(John 5:14)

The LAST he makes,
“The last will become first” (Matthew 20:16).
Brethren, fellow new creations in Christ Jesus, let’s rejoice in the fact we who were considered “good for nothing” have been chosen to be JESUS’ representative in the world. 2 Cor 5:20

1 Corinthians 1:27-28AMP: “[Now]for God selected (deliberately chose) what in the world is foolish to put the wise to shame, and what the world calls weak to put the strong to shame.
He also selectedwhat in the world is lowborn and insignificant and treated with contempt, even the things that are nothing, that he might depose and bring to nothing the things that are…”

I AM GLAD HE CHOSE ME TO BE HIS AMBASSADOR! Aren’t you glad He chose you?

GOD BLESS YOU BY ALL MEANS IN JESUS NAME!
