Psalm 50:12 NASB
“If I were hungry, I would NOT tell you; for the WORLD is MINE, and ALL IT CONTAINS.

In other words, God by nature doesn’t need to make requests because all things self-respond to Him. As the Author and Owner of creation, all things are under compulsion to respond to His Divine Essence without question.

Haggai 2:8 NASB
The SILVER is MINE, and the GOLD is MINE, declares the LORD of hosts.

You probably know that God is rich. But have you thought about WHAT THAT MEANS?

Since God is not poor, surely he would not desire his children to suffer poverty.

Misunderstanding has developed because most Christians think (an unfortunate repercussion of being subjected to wrong doctrines) Jesus was poor and that His followers should also be poor. This is not true, but a STRONG TRADITION. This outrageous notion is in itself preposterous.

Why did God create all the wealth of this world? SURELY NOT for the devil and his crowd. What kind of God and Father would he be?!

Psalms 84:11
For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good result will be withhold from them that walk uprightly.

God does not withhold good from us but desires blessing for ALL His children.

He commanded…
Proverbs 3:27
Withhold not good from them to whom it is due, when it is in the power of thine hand to do it.
… Would He act otherwise???

If it were otherwise, God would not even be as good as our earthly parents.
Luke 11:13
“If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father…”
Any court would condemn an earthly father, who, withhold care and provision from his children.

Should we think our Father God is any less loving and caring than an earthly father? NO! Jesus taught that our Heavenly Father is much more gracious and generous than any earthly father.

Matthew 7:11 NASB
“If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more shall your Father who is in heaven give what is good to those who ask Him!

Just because you have not yet received the fullness of God’s blessing doesn’t mean God does not desire that you have it. We must grow up and quit blaming God.

Instead, we should completely rely on what JESUS has accomplished for us in His substitutionary sacrifice and by faith take delivery of all that God has in store for us.

Yes, God warns against trusting in riches or being deceived by them. Anything can be dangerous if not used properly. Fire can maim and kill, yet PROPERLY CONTROLLED it is a great blessing. So is it with money.

1 Timothy 6:17
Charge them that are rich in this world, that they be not hormones, not trust in uncertain riches, but in the living God who giveth us richly all things to enjoy

God is not against His children having wealth. He just does not want us to TRUST in it and WORSHIP it.

Psalm 35:27 NASB
“The LORD be magnified, who delights in the prosperity of His servant.”

Hear the whole conclusion of the matter…
Let’s line our thinking up with the Word of God and quit letting the devil rob us of the blessings God intends for us.

SAY THIS
God is my wealthy Father, he loves me and delights to bless me and he has blessed me with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ Jesus. Glory to JESUS forever!
